HEALTHY SNACK IDEAS TO BOOST YOUR METABOLISM

Feeling that afternoon slump coming on around 3:00pm? Try out some of these healthy snack ideas to keep blood sugars stabilized while boosting your metabolism!
- ½ cup 1% cottage cheese + ½ cup mixed berries
- Apple + 1 tablespoon natural nut butter (i.e., peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
- Veggie sticks and 2 tablespoons garlic hummus
- 6 Mary’s crackers + 1 baby bell cheese + ½ cup grapes
- 2-3 Clementine’s + 30 unsalted pistachios
- 1 cup shelled organic edamame sprinkled with sea salt
- Small container of 1% vanilla yogurt + ½ banana sliced on top
- 1 hard boiled egg sliced onto 2 Ryvita crackers
- Celery stalks + 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 healthy protein bar (i.e., Simply bar, Bounce ball, etc.)
- Starbucks bistro box
- ¼ avocado sliced onto a piece of sprouted grain bread

- 3-4 slices of nitrate free turkey on 3 Ryvita crackers with a drizzle of mustard
- ½ cup roasted chickpeas (i.e., The Good Beans or Three Farmers)
- ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce with 2 tablespoon hemp hearts and sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted pumpkin seeds + 1 pear
- 3 dates stuffed with unsalted almonds
- Unsalted seaweed snacks
