AVOCADO BRUSCHETTA

A twist on a classic - this avocado bruschetta is a definite crowd pleaser! Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- 2 avocados, cubed
- Ryvita snack bread (or you can use a multi-grain baguette)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowel and top on bread or crackers.Serves 6
